Samsung Galaxy Note9 SM-N960 – 128GB – Ocean Blue (Unlocked) (Dual SIM). Was dropped in water. Phone works and turns on but has an issue where it will shut off or restart if on standby/sleep mode. Battery also drains really fast. It may just need the battery replaced but I am unsure. Decided to get a new phone rather than open it up and risk damaging further. Selling for parts/as is. It’s fully unlocked. Has some paint scratches/blemishes, screen is not cracked but has some blemishes. Does not come with a charger but I will charge it before shipping it.
